LET YOURSELF BE.
"Beneath the butterflies in your stomach, behind the clouds in your mind is your greater truth, and it's trying to break on through." ~ Danielle LaPorte
take control of
Your Greatest Self.
Each of us experiences a unique journey through the years...our goal is to ease the transitions within and between the various phases of life. We believe everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life negotiating the many roles we assume along the way.
When you find yourself struggling to cope, you experience distress. This distress can manifest itself in an emotional, physical or spiritual manner - perhaps all three. By treating the mind/body connection we can live a healthier, balanced life. Science and religion agree that we are made up of these parts to make a whole self and that they are interconnected. If one is neglected, the others are affected. Hence, it is difficult and defeating for a practitioner to treat only one of these areas and disregard a proper assessment and treatment of the whole self.
The C&W House is unique in that we have therapists who understand and value this wellness modality.
The C&W House interlocks the science of psychology with the philosophy that we as humans desire to seek spiritual knowledge and understanding - we are not a doctrine based treatment center, but do appreciate the importance of your spiritual self.
Life is a series of transitions - when life does not go as planned and when one is facing unexpected challenges, hardships, or obstacles, The Counseling and Wellness House LLC can be a source of support. We offer counseling services providing reflection, coping and growth to help move forward.
Your task is not to seek happiness, but rather see and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
We understand that there are several facets of life that affect our ability to function and navigate our paths to health and well-being. We value life's challenges and the awareness they provide to let us know a change is needed - the only way to get through it is to feel our way through it.
Change is a process...process takes time.
We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty
How does one become a butterfly? you must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar
Butterflies are self propelled flowers.
Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.
You can fly...
once you are willing to give up the safety of your cocoon.
